Non-Human Entity: All characters in Belova Chat are Artificial Intelligence. They do not have consciousness, feelings, or real-world identities.
Hallucinations: AI can "hallucinate" and may provide inaccurate, fictional, or misleading information. Never rely on the AI for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Roleplay Context: All interactions are for entertainment purposes only.
To maintain a safe environment, you agree NOT to:
Generate content that is illegal, incites violence, or promotes hate speech.
Exploit, harm, or attempt to interact with the AI in a manner that promotes the abuse of minors.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Use the App for commercial solicitation or spam. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
The App: ZeeTech Studio owns all rights to the App's code, design, and proprietary AI configurations.
User Outputs: You own the creative stories generated through your prompts, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and store that content solely to provide and improve the App.
If you purchase a subscription (e.g., "Pro Soul"), payments are handled by the Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the period.
Refunds are governed by the Google Play Store Refund Policy.
We provide tools for you to:
Report inappropriate AI behavior.
Reset or block certain AI characters.
Filter sensitive content. We actively monitor reports to ensure community safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeeTech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the AI, including encounters with offensive or inaccurate AI-generated content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZeeTech Studio is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
